During its existence the Art Festival of Young Performers WINNERS ‘ TOURNAMENT b"Southern Express" (founded on March 19, 2000) in a tour qualifying competition, attended hundreds of talented performers and dozens of creative teams from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (Simferopol, Alushta,Yalta, Evpatoria, Kerch ...).Also talented young people are coming from all over Ukraine: Krivoy Rog, Kharkov, Donetsk, Khmelnitsky, Kiev, Odessa, Kolomyya, Rivne, Lutsk, Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk, Mykolayiv, Poltava ... In recent years in the competitive events of "Southern Express" increasingly began to assert itself representatives of the jury and creative teams from individual European countries: Hungary, Belarus, Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Omsk, Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, Rostov ...) ,and gifted performers from China and Latin America. Video competition programs are conducted in different parts of the Autonomous Republic and the industrial regions of Ukraine ... However, the final events will take place exclusively in the Southern shore of the picturesque peninsula of Crimea, in the midst of the summer season. The Finale of 2011 year is planned for one of the most picturesque cities in the Crimea - Yalta. Final concerts and awards are traditionally held in the Concert Hall "Jubilee" on the30-th of June beginning at 4 and 8 p.m. At the same time, "Southern Express" developed and enriched the genre diversity.
