June 25 (Saturday) - arrival day number 1 - Simferopol March - parade of the participants of the Art Festival
1 Meeting the participants and guests of the Festival – the Simferopol railway station, trolley tickets to Alushta-Yalta - from 04 up to 11-00 hours. Organizational leave

2. Accommodation for participants and guests of the Festival - Yalta Sanatorium "Kiev"; resort Kyibyshev; "Malachite" - Sanatorium "Kiev" - "Magnolia" and other parlor. complexes

3. Lunch 2 a.m. – 3 a.m.
4. GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
The festival organizers, the leaders of creative teams and their accompanying persons are invited- Club - a dining room resort "KYIV" (Yalta, Anton Chekhov Street)
Beginning is at 4 p.m.
5. March-parade of all the participants of the Festival of Arts – An improvized concert of WINNERS’ TOURNAMENT - "Southern Express". The line of march: Hotel Oreanda –along Naberezhnaja Street - a concert hall "Jubilee." (In concert dress, targeted banners; оbands, TV - the company).
Beginning is at 6 p.m. (calculation of time - 1 hour).
Responsible is ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
6. Dinner: at 7 p.m.
7. The technical training of the creative platforms for competitive viewing and listening (stagehands, installation of sound, light, etc.)
June, 26 (Sunday) – The second arrival day, Yalta
The competitive day number 1, the cultural program
1. Meeting the participants and guests of the Festival in Yalta - the basic layout in Sanatorium "Kiev", sanatorium in fame of Kyibyshev, "Malakhov - Sanatorium" Kiev "-" Magnolia "- other hotel facilities.

3. Competitive performance - Qualification Round number №1.

4. The Cultural Program - palaces and landscapes of the Crimea (for those who are free from competitive tasks). Pre-registration for the tours is in the Organizing Committee of the Competition-Festival "Yu-EX".
5. Lunch - at 2-3 p.m.
6. The Competitive performance - Qualification Round number 2.
