International Television Competition-Festival of Arts of Children and Youth Creativity WINNERS‘ TOURNAMENT - "Southern Express" (the foundation year - March 19, 2000. Simferopol, Crimea, Ukraine) has successfully completed its regular 9-th creative season. Final Events of it is traditionally held in Yalta, Crimea from June, 25 to July, 2 2009. .
Total number of participants of the Competition-Festival ITC "Yu-EX" - more than 800 people. Of these 500 are the participants (eligible for the final audition, on the basis of competitive selection of tours in the regions of Ukraine) and more than 300 people are accompanying persons: the heads of regional Ukrainian delegation, parents and support group of creative groups and individuals gifted artists from the regions of Ukraine: Kolomya, Kosovo, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Rivne, Lutsk, Zhitomir, Khmelnitsky, Kiev, Odessa, Kherson, Donetsk; of Crimea: Yalta, Simferopol, Bakhchisarai, Saki, Dzhankoy. A well-creative representatives from Belarus (Minsk years, Baranovichi) and gifted performers from China and Venezuela.
The final events Arts Festival ITC "Yu-EX" that were announced before in Ukrainian mass media (newspaper "Facts", "Culture of a life", "Komsomolskaya Pravda, a newspaper," Everything for everyone ";radio and television announcements on TRK Yalta TV, as well, on the official websites of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine and the National Committee on Information ARC) - were confirmed in full.
ANNUAL AND TRADITIONAL MARSH PARADE OF THE PARTICIPANTS OF ITC "Yu-EX" are held in concert costumes on the waterfront in Yalta and two final concerts at the Hall "Jubilee" (beginning at 4 and 8 p.m.) took place at the highest professional level with the assistance of the First National Channel of Ukraine and Yalta Executive Committee (Order Mayor and S. Braiko “about the helding of a festival procession”) and the Department of Culture in Yalta (Head of the Department of Culture E. Pereverzeva).

10.Aleksandr Kopkulevsky (Odessa, saxophone, 19 years);
11.Veronika Sakharova (Minsk, Belarus, piano, three times winner of the "Yu-EX");
12.Vera Mikhailyuk (Odessa, piano, three times winner of the "Yu-EX, 12 years).
High professional level of competition - Festival WINNERS ‘ TOURNAMENT - "Southern Express" is confirmed by participation in a Student Music Academy in fame of A.Nezhdanova, Odessa, Belarusian Academy of Music.in fame of Lunacharsky, Minsk, Music Academy from Chisinau; Kiev Academy of vaudeville and circus in fame of L.Utesov and travail of the jury consisting of leading specialists of these institutions of art.
Chairman of the Jury - Nicholay Eroshevsky – the honored worker of Ucraine, the Director of School of Arts in fame of S.Turchak, the Chairman of the Board of Aesthetic Education of Ukraine (Kiev).
The jury members (including the competitive rounds in the regions of Ukraine):
- Alexander Chunikhin- an honored worker of Ukraine, professor, rector of the Kiev Academy of vaudeville and circus arts in fame of L. Utesov;;
- Alexander Oleynik - zasl.art. of Ukraine, Professor, Vice Rector of the Odessa National Music Academy in fame of A. Nezhdanova;
- Elvira Letyagina, professor of solo singing of Odessa National Music Academy in fame of A. Nezhdanova;
- Veronica Sakharova, Associate Professor of the Belarusian State Academy of Music in fame of A.Lunacharsky, laureate of international competitions;
- Sergey Volkov, director of the Kyiv State Higher Musical School in fame of R. Gliere, Ph.D.;
- Irina Chunikhina, director of the methodical study of educational institutions of the Main Department of Culture and Arts in Kyiv;
- Alexander Nesterov, a senior lecturer of the Kiev Academy of Dance Choreography in fame of Serge Lifar, Head of Department of folk dance;
- Zinovy Burkatsky, associate professor of wind and percussion instruments of Odessa National Music Academy in fame of A. Nezhdanova;, PhD;
- Galina Golubeva, leading vocal teacher of the Kiev Academy of vaudeville and circus arts in fame of L. Utesov;
- Nicholas Yatsynyuk, Director of Music School № 1 in Odessa, senior lecturer, a specialist of the highest category.
At the end of the competition-festival WINNERS ‘ TOURNAMENT South Express individual artists are recommended for the further education in these institutions.
Board of the Festival ITC "Yu-EX" was recommended seven (7) Winners and the Grand Prix from different regions of Ukraine for admission to higher education. Now they - the students of Kyiv Academy of Arts (State Higher muses. School in fame of R.Gliere, Kyiv Academy of vaudeville and circus arts in fame of L. Utesov), the University of Culture in the Crimea.
In today's creative season (based on the Final Competition-Festival "Yu-EX" in Yalta) in the genre of dance some Artists - Winners of the 1-st Prize and Gold Medal – of the dance group "Ukrainochka, Dubno, Rivne region; dance group "Firefly", Zhitomir, and dancing duet from Kherson received an invitation for further education at the Kiev Academy of Dance …………………………………………………………………………………………
Over the years, this creative project drew the attention of specialists of culture and arts in Ukraine and foreign countries. Their consent and support of contest-festival was confirmed by representatives of Russia (St. Petersburg), Belarus (Vitebsk and Minsk), Moldova (Chisinau), China and various regions of Ukraine. There are held negotiations with Poland, Romania and the Baltic States.
